Services - WEWE GLOBAL is a service platform that aims to create an ecosystem where the consumer can access Travel Booking, E-commerce, Payment Services services, adding the value of use a multi-wallets payments.
Clients (“You”, “User”) - are all of the natural or legal persons that have registered in our system.
We understand that You need to know how we are protecting Your privacy.

Introduce to the Services any malware, virus, trojan worms, logic bombs, or other harmful material; Develop any third-party applications that interact with our Services without our prior written consent;
Encourage or induce any third party to engage in any of the activities prohibited under this section
Use our services as a gateway to support illegal activities that would include, but not are exempt to fraud; black market; money-laundering; terrorist activities; etc.
Use any automated or manual means such as a crawler or robot to interfere or illegally gather data from WEWE GLOBAL services and systems and to undertake any actions towards our platform that have received our approval. You will also not attempt to access our platform in any way that is restricted to our users.
Develop any third-party applications that would illegally and without our consent use any of our services or other intellectual proprieties.
Intentionally provide WEWE GLOBAL with misleading or false information about yourself or any other aspect that WEWE GLOBAL has required form you. You will also not induce any other party to engage in malicious activities that would harm the service and operations of WEWE GLOBAL.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold WEWE GLOBAL, its affiliates, directors, officers and employees harmless, including costs and attorney’s fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to Your use of the services, Your violation of these Terms of Use, and/or Your violation of any other right of any person or entity.
You agree that WEWE GLOBAL, its affiliates, directors, officers or employees shall not in any circumstances be liable for any loss of profits, business, business opportunities, revenue, reputation, goodwill, anticipated savings or wasted expenditure, any loss or corruption of data or information, any loss or liability under or in relation to any other agreement, any indirect or consequential losses or any punitive, exemplary or special damages arising from or relating to any errors or failures of performing the services on the website or mobile application by WEWE GLOBAL, regardless of any notice of the possibility of such damages.

Refund policy. WEWE GLOBAL offers a 7 (seven) day guarantee on all initial fees paid to the WEWE GLOBAL. All subsequent fees are nonrefundable. The digital nature of the service and the immediacy of the benefits make any possibility for a longer refund period commercially impractical.
Notice of right to Cancel. You may request a refund it’s done within 7 (seven) business days from the date of enrollment. 4 - RETRIEVAL OF PERSONAL DATA DURING FORMATION OF A CONTRACT AND PAYMENT
The following data are stored for purposes of an order:
WEWE GLOBAL uses these data solely to execute the contract and for any necessary communication with the customers. These include the initiation, formation, execution, provision, and any reverse transaction of the contract. The data are stored until complete execution of the contract. If there are any commercial or fiscal retention periods, the duration period may last up to 10 years.

5 - TRANSMISSION OF DATA
WEWE GLOBAL only provides customers' personal data to other parties to the extent required to execute the contract or to ensure WEWE GLOBAL’s justified interests. WEWE GLOBAL utilises external service providers (data processors) to execute the contract. Separate data processing contracts were formed with these service providers in order to ensure the security of the customers' personal data. WEWE GLOBAL also may share your Personal Information with law enforcement, data protection authorities, government officials, and other authorities only when the WEWE GLOBAL is legally bound to do so or has to protect the safety of users and itself.
For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that data protection law permits an organization such as us to collect, use or disclose your personal data without your consent, such permission granted by the law shall continue to apply.
To process payments, the customer's payment information, namely first name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth and bank account, is sent to our payment processing provider Powercash21, Piliou 11-13, Quality Towers A 4th Floor, Office 401 Larnaca CY, 6037, Cyprus.
This data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. b GDPR for the execution of the contract.
For registration for the newsletter, WEWE GLOBAL uses the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration, the customer receives an e-mail at the address provided in which WEWE GLOBAL asks for confirmation that the customer would like to receive the newsletter. If the customer does not confirm their registration within 24 hours, their information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. Furthermore, WEWE GLOBAL stores the IP address and the times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of this procedure is to verify registration and to be able to resolve any potential misuse of personal data.
The e-mail address is the only information required to send the newsletter. The provision of other, specially designated information is voluntary and will be used to personally address the customer. After confirmation we save the customer's e-mail address for purposes of sending the newsletter.
The customer may revoke their consent to receive the newsletter and unsubscribe at any time. The customer may revoke their consent by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter e- mail, through the form on the WEWE GLOBAL website, or by e-mailing support@platincoin.com.

6 - HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
The protection of your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure is one of our top priorities. A variety of physical and technical measures are designed to protect our systems and your personal information. Furthermore, we are shown statistical information on the Facebook groups linked with our fan page. In accordance with the Facebook terms of use, which each user consents to when creating a Facebook profile, we are also able to identify the followers and fans of the page, and can view their profiles and other information they have shared.
